The Elite Candidate

So, gyms are closed, but you still want to be the best. The "uncommon amongst the uncommon" you are in the right place.
This programs uses old school methods of limited equipment to build you both physically and mentally. The only limits here are the ones you place on yourself.
You will require:
- A pull-up bar
- Kettlebell or Dumbbell (weight depends on you)
- Pack & or plate carrier
- 12 week Program
- Daily workout
- Each week released on Sundays
- Limited daily access to a specialist operational coach
- Focussed on selection prep/performing at elite levels
- Strength, endurance and functional fitness
- Charged monthly
Your physical and psychological health are directly linked, Their health will directly reflect the amount of effort you're willing to put into looking after them both. It's times like now that needs to be observed.
Be under no illusion, this program is designed by the elite, to build the elite.
This is a fantastic old school program, its challenging as f**k and you definitely know your working but its structured so recovery not a issue. Workouts are planned and explained great with plenty of little motivators thrown in. I'm currently living in a bus in the bush and am still getting after it and fittest I've ever been with Industrial Fitness. Definitely planning on signing up for more programs in the future.
My overall goal with this program was to prepare my body for upcoming selection I’m down 20kgs but I’ve never been able to run as strong and make my body work as hard, I feel strong lean and fast and am able to pack March for hours with selection weight this program is amazing!
If you want to grow yourself mentally and physically in this **** time look no further. Simple yet effective sessions that yield results if you put in the hard yards. This will turn you into an absolute weapon. The coaches are always available for advice, and have the best bloody service.
Simple sessions that bring the hurt. Great programming and advice from staff. Highly recommend.
If you want to push yourself, if you want to break from the mundane, I’d recommend this program. You’ll find yourself doing more running that you anticipated but it’s well rewarded with just as many push ups and pull ups.
