Shipping policy

All Orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

Industrial Fitness Ships to Australian postal addresses as well as listed international addresses.

The customer is subject to any importation fee's for their own country. Industrial Fitness takes no responsibility for Items once they have left Australia.

Shipping costs are based on your location and can vary in accordance with the shipping supplier.

Customers are responsible for any tax incurred on products.

All shipping times may vary and are calculated after the order has been fulfilled. 

It is the intent of Industrial Fitness to fulfil all orders as soon as possible, however, extenuating circumstances can apply.

Returns: 
Faulty Product: In Australia Industrial Fitness will arrange pick up of the Item. A post slip will be emailed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is available and correctly packaged for return. Once returned item will be inspected and replaced.

Unwanted Product/Wrong size: Customer is responsible for the return of the item, once received and inspected a replacement will be sent. Customer subject to costs. If incorrect the customer will be refunded the amount minus a restocking fee of 10%.
