This program is the harder of the two Combat Ready Programs, it's designed for combat soldiers, and high performing individuals who seek a structured and tailored approach to being physically ready for your primary role, be it combat or otherwise.

This program can be run in conjunction with your daily training program through access to a well equipped functional gym. Most larger bases have these or they are more readily available by searching gyms in your area.
