- To achieve the best results, run the program twice with a rest week between.

So here's the thing; I hate running. Always have and probably always will. Unfortunately, I've chosen a job where I need to have a good cardio base in order to be an asset to my team. I bought this program because I wanted something easy to follow that would produce real results, and let me tell you, it did just that. By the end of the program I had knocked a considerable amount of time off my 2.4km, and running no longer felt like getting kicked repeatedly in the nuts. If you want to improve your running and no be a ******* liability, get this program and ******* stick to it.

Ive completed one round of the program and managed to cut 50 seconds off my BFA time. The program is easy to manage, straightforward and great bang for your buck. Will definitely be completing another round.
