4 Week Program Pull-up Program
This program is designed to help you improve your Pull-up's. This is integral for all members of the defence force, police and anyone who would like to perform at their best.
- You will be emailed by a coach to asses your current level
- Once assessed your program will be sent to you
- One on One work with the coach
- Can be utilised with other programs
- 3 sessions per week
- No nonsense approach
- Accessory movements required
- The program will be delivered to you on your smart device
Important note from us:
- To achieve the best results, run the program twice with a rest week between.
Giving the bare minimum when it comes time is a direct reflection of your attitude towards yourself. Be the best you can be.
I have just finished the 4 week IF pull up program. I have found it to be straight forward and easy to supplement into other training programs as the workload is only 3x sessions per week plus accessories. I’m happy to say that I’ve now added 4 reps onto my max and keen to re-use program again
