The Strength & Conditioning Program is broken into 3 Volumes and includes a baseline week which has been designed as a structured Strength & Conditioning Program that can be used by anyone who has an established level of fitness.
Results in a fitness setting are achieved by shocking the body - This might come as a surprise, but if you're comfortable, there is no shock. No shock, no progress.
We're not selling you a "secret formula" or some "program the fitness industry wants to keep a secret." If it smells like bull, it probably is. We're not selling shake-weights, or 7 minute abs. We take this seriously, so should you.
If you put in, and you have the right mind set to stick to these programs, you will achieve the results you are after.
What is included in the Complete Strength & Conditioning Program?
Baseline Week - 1 week to establish your current base fitness
Volume 1 - 4 weeks of solid weights training. There is an extra week of testing for those who do not complete the lead in. You will need access to a gym. You will be pushed to lift heavy and lift correctly whilst promoting recovery.
Volume 2 - 4 weeks of functional high intensity training. You will still need access to a gym, and we will still hit the weights. You are going to need some ticker to get through this book. We are here to forge modern warriors. So we have designed this program to do just that, but it’s only a tool to your success.
Volume 3 - 4 weeks of combining the first two months followed by a final week to test your progress. You will be pushed just as hard, we will continue to introduce more advanced movements and we will see just how much we can get out of you.
This is the 5th Industrial Fitness program I have worked through. I sing out the praises of Industrial fitness quicker then a cross-fitting vegan informs you of their life choices. As someone who had very little experience in a gym before starting these programs I have learnt so much and seen some great improvements in my strength as well as in confidence in the gym. Highly recommend to everyone no matter your shape, size or fitness ability. If you are wanting to push yourself toward a physically and mentally fitter future jump into an Industrial Fitness program, you will be glad you did.
Using the program as a prep for more intensive programs IF has on offer and honestly this program is legit I’ve increased overall strength and metabolic conditioning. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a starting point prior to taking on any of the elite programs
Just finished this 12 week program. Physically, the results speak for themselves. Form is better, weights are higher and reps are longer. But the thing this program does that others cant is that most of the change is mental. This program will reshape your mind set. You will find yourself pushing for that extra rep, putting on that extra bit of weight and running that extra bit harder, all because youve proven you have it in you and you want to push for more. Cant recomend it enough.
Now I thought I’d been fit before, however I am in the best shape I have ever been in. All thanks to Sam and the team at Industrial Fitness. I’ve just completed 13 weeks Strength and Conditioning programme on the easy to follow app, I could message Sam if I got stuck and he would reply directly through the app. I was also recovering from a knee injury so Sam would modify certain aspects of the workouts to assist in that recovery. My bench press, squat, dead lift, rounds for time and EMON have all improved some by 20kg!! Over all this company is clearly a step above the rest they have a goal for the company and a goal for you if you share these goals nothing will stop you! I’m having a week off and then I will be rolling in to the Operator Athlete programme. Let the fun begin! Thanks guys keep up the amazing work
