Let's be honest, we don't know how long the current climate will last, or when gyms will be open back up. For some thats ok, for others this means building a garage gym, or making the most of body weight and a few select items.
We have designed this program to assist both the home gym owners, and those with limited to no equipment.
- 16 week program
- 5-7 days per week
- A weights session, and a Body Weight session each day
- As above - the option for two sessions a day
- Strength, endurance and functional fitness
- Direct access to your coach through our App
- Charged monthly (4 x payments)
Your physical and psychological health are directly linked, Their health will directly reflect the amount of effort you're willing to put into looking after them both. It's times like now that needs to be observed.
Bring some initiative and it wont matter your current level, you will be able to attempt this program.
Great program just needs more details on warm up and warm down
Very happy with this program (Currently on week 7) and have already noticeable strength and endurance gains along with better mobility. Excellent customer service too
It's a good program. I wish the warm up and cool down had more than the generic list each day though
It's a good program i can see the logic after a few weeks in.
I found this program really good, and really easy to follow. It comes with options that you can choose from whether you are wanting to do a body weight session or a weights session.
