Let's be honest, we don't know how long the current climate will last, or when gyms will be open back up. For some thats ok, for others this means building a garage gym, or making the most of body weight and a few select items.
We have designed this program to assist both the home gym owners, and those with limited to no equipment.

Your physical and psychological health are directly linked, Their health will directly reflect the amount of effort you're willing to put into looking after them both. It's times like now that needs to be observed.
Bring some initiative and it wont matter your current level, you will be able to attempt this program.
I found this program really good, and really easy to follow. It comes with options that you can choose from whether you are wanting to do a body weight session or a weights session.
Was a very good program to be on whilst in Quarantine, helped me increase my cardio and my body weight exercise! Didn’t need much equipment for this program what was very handy! Highly recommend.
Absolutely awesome program you can do every day. Structured in such a way that recovery is not a problem........, many alternatives if you don’t have all the equipment. Recommend
I’ve only been on the program for about three weeks or so but already seen improvements in several aspects of my training and just feeling stronger in general. The two options per session mean if you don’t have the necessary equipment to conduct one session, there’s always a body weight component to pick. Any questions about the program or fitness in general are answered in thorough detail in a way that’s easy to understand. Obviously the onus is on you to put in and get the results you want but with a well structured, tough and rewarding program like this, I’ve found myself looking toward to each training day. Get around the garage athlete, you won’t regret it.
Great program! Two workouts a day to choose from one been a bodyweight one for if you have no equipment at home which is really good. Blends in well with other programs aswell e.g. 2.4 or 10km run program.
