The Industrial Monster program, by Industrial Fitness, is designed by qualified fitness professionals with backgrounds ranging from military, law enforcement, and private contracting. We have high level experience in our backgrounds as well as owning gym’s or training individuals and teams for a variety of outcomes including military and police specialist selection, strongman training, Strength & Conditioning, CrossFit, and various levels of functional fitness.
Each of the 12 weeks will be delivered to you in a PDF format which will be emailed to you in a link you can download straight to your device after purchase. You will be physically and mentally challenged to complete the required workload. You will be progress tested along the way but the accountability to complete the assigned tasks will be up to you.
This program will challenge you both physically and mentally to complete the assigned workload. You will have to work hard but your efforts will reflect your increase in both strength and mass. Along the way you will catch a glimpse into the life and motivation of our team.

improvements even through injuries
My run through this program was challenging. Week 4 saw me get get an illness that left me unable to get out of bed for 3 months. Started the program where I left off, having to spread 1 workout over 2-3days with days off in between. When I finally got back to being able to do the program as supplied - I broke my hand in an accident at work. a large rehab stint later and I jumped back, right where I left off. I finally completed the program and to my surprise I still saw improvements overall. Obviously not the experienced I hoped for but better than I could imagine considering my journey. This program, and all of the IF range Ive done, are bombproof.
This program absolutely rocked, over the course of the 12 weeks I experienced massive gains on both my physique and my strength. Now I'm by no means the strongest bloke but for some context ill put up my starting PBs and finishing PBs. PBs Deadies - 110kg -> 160kg Bench press - 70kg -> 92.5kg Squat - 70kg -> 110kg Strict press - 40kg-> 60kg So, by the end of the 12 weeks, I dont feel like the weakest. Couldn't recommend this program enough!
I started last week I have found the program very beneficial. I can’t wait to finish to see the progress I also didn’t receive any of the shirts as the Australian post has lost my parcel. I got it delivered to base where there is always a person yet it never turned up. So I have logged a incident with Australia post.. quite frustrating.
Worth every penny
Hands down the best strength program I have completed. I've increased strength in ever aspect of my workouts from my squat to Deadlift to bench press. This program offers you enough variety to keep you engaged and motivated along with pushing your limits from week to week. Can't remommend this enough!!
