The Operator Athlete
Subscription program, charged monthly for the duration
The Operator Athlete has been specifically designed by coaches from elite backgrounds to assist individuals who are looking to train for Tier One units or are a member of a specialised unit wanting to reinforce or enhance their ability to perform their role.
It can also be utilised to challenge higher level athletes as a driving force to achieve results.
This will be the hardest, yet most rewarding 24 weeks of training you will attempt. Not all will finish.
Focus areas of this program:
- Highly functional circuits
- Designed to increase endurance & aerobic capacity
- Strength training
- Swimming (both for recovery and improving stamina)
- Load carrying & running
What you will require in order to complete the program:
- Access to a well equipped gym including items such as a rowing machine, ski erg, assault bike
- A weighted vest
- A pool or ocean/ other large body of water
- A sturdy backpack (think pack marches)
- The ability to improvise, adapt and overcome
This program, whilst open to everyone - is not recommended for the feint hearted.
In signing up for the Operator Athlete, you will have direct access to coaches who currently work in specialised units across Australia who will be available to answer questions and provide tips to those on the program, as well as access to our exclusive Operator Athlete Facebook group.
This program will be hard, you will have to improvise, but just like everything we do here, you will achieve results.
For those who aren't yet sold, the first week of this program will involve baseline testing of your individual capabilities; from there, each week the intensity of your daily workouts will increase. The sessions will differ in both delivery and duration throughout the program, with an exponential rise in vigour.
NOTE: When you subscribe your order will be sent to our coaches to be manually distributed, so please allow time for this to occur.
Week 18/24. Definitely would recommend. The program is well written to keep pushing your body to the limits pretty much everyday whilst still being able to recover. As you go along the rest days are well planned and you are able to work hard and get the most out of it without being burnt out. That said, very nasty workouts here and some mentally challenging but all worth it for the best results

I love this program I’ve done it a couple of times it always improves your fitness and you can always feel yourself improving plus there’s sessions that range from your working but not smashing yourself to sessions that are out and out spicy
One of the best programs I have used, it always feels like you're making huge improvement. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to really push their strength and fitness.
High quality program
8 weeks into the program now and it has already shown good results. There is well thought out rest days and good balance between days. Have recommended it to a number of people.
