The sessions will differ in both delivery and duration throughout the program, with an exponential rise in vigour.
NOTE: When you subscribe your order will be sent to our coaches to be manually distributed, so please allow time for this to occur.
Overall great program there’s some spicy sessions but all in all easy to use
Currently 10 weeks in and it was a slow burn at the start, but I’m really starting to find an increase in fitness. Even better than that it makes you think you can take on the challenging workouts. The programming is excellent, building in just enough rest and variation to allow you to keep smashing out the workouts
Currently 3-4 weeks into the program. Loving it so far, it’s a lot of work but definitely rewarding and challenging. Brings out your weakness, and forces you to get better at them. If you’re up for a challenge or want to find your weakness I highly recommend giving it ago!
8 weeks in, challenging and forces a commitment. Got me doing the exercises id usually skip in favour of weights or cables. Functional fitness has skyrocketed. Couldnt recommend enough.
So as I’m writing this I’m half way through week 14 and there’s huge changes in my fitness. My confidence in the pool is up, my running is literally miles better, my body weight strength is up and I’m still improving strength. This program definitely takes some heart to keep going and sometimes as a shift worker it means heading to the gym at odd times. But the results are worth it if you’ve got some big fitness goals. On top of all this I’m down 8kg.
