The Time Critical Athlete
The Time Critical Athlete is a series of workouts between 20-60 minutes 3-5 days a week and have been specifically designed to target the following audience:
The Corporate animal: You have no time for bull, you crave results and you need them at your pace and a time that suits you.
The everything to everyone: You work, you look after the kids, you cook, you coach footy or netball, you pretty much do everything for everyone. Here’s a slice of day set aside for you, you’ve earned it.
The “I don’t have the time in my day”: You are our favourite and the reason behind a saying we have here - “would you rather exercise 30 minutes a day or spend the entire day dead?” If you can’t make time to commit to your own health, then you are deeper in it than you have realised. Contact us, we are here to help.
Anyone else who feeds us or themselves some excuse.
You will need:
- Access to a well equipped gym.
- The ability to improvise
- The desire to be a better version of yourself
- You will have access via our App
- Monthly subscription fee
- Weekly access to specialised coaches
This program has been tried and tested by real world coaches who reign from Military, Police, and day to day backgrounds with the relevant qualifications and an understanding of a busy lifestyle. Access the coaches on a weekly basis where they will assist with questions or queries that may arise.
This programs layout allows you to see two weeks in advance, with a layout that gives you the flexibility within your working week.
Don't be fooled by the name or the shorter duration workouts. This has allowed me to get in effective workouts doing shift work and still make improvements on all my big lifts. I have also had marked improvements in my stamina which is critical for my job. Highly recommended if you don't have time to spend hours in the gym/working out.
Into week 2 of the time critical program . I like the program structure . As a first responder time is very important to me . These workouts are perfect for my lifestyle they are challenging but don’t take a lot of time out your day . I have tried other programs and you are expected to workout for 2 hours minimum . At the start of these programs you can do it but sustaining it is to difficult. I feel they got the balance right with time critical program .
Great program, especially for shift workers, you can usually get all the workouts in and if you don't there's a few days up your sleeve to catch up. I made progress each testing, getting heavier lifts in and better times, can't recommend this one enough.
The Time Critical Athelete program has excellent variation, periodisation and offers flexibility when/where required. Critical thing is that it works! All my lifts increased but importantly for me I have better conditioning and feel fitter overall. The program was enjoyable and drives you to push hard at each session. With the setup of 3-5 sessions per week, when you have time you can hit 5 sessions and it stretches you! Overall a cracking program that gets the most out of you when you have limited time.
